Most women especially in the rural part of Ghana lack knowledge in basic health care. Our organization is dedicated to improving the lives of women by providing access to essential healthcare resources and services. We focus on empowering women with knowledge and support to lead healthier, happier lives.
Through health education, medical outreach programs, and partnerships with healthcare providers, we ensure that women in underserved communities receive the care they need. TECHNICAL & VOCATIONAL SKILLS
We are committed to equipping women with the technical and vocational skills they need to build brighter futures. By providing hands-on training, mentorship, and access to resources, we empower women to pursue sustainable careers and entrepreneurial opportunities.
We focus on bridging the skills gap in underserved communities, offering programs in areas such as soap making, bead making, Batique and tie-dye, sewing, catering, welding and plumbing. Our mission is to foster independence, boost confidence, and open doors to economic empowerment for women, ensuring they have the tools to thrive in today’s workforce.

ACCESS TO FINANCE
One of the biggest challenges to women economic empowerment is the limited access to affordable and sustainable finance for women entrepreneurs. WID works to empower women with the knowledge and tools needed to achieve economic independence and build a secure future.
Through financial literacy programs, access to microloans, and partnerships with financial institutions, we help women start businesses, manage finances, and invest in their dreams. By opening doors to economic opportunities, we enable women to create lasting change for themselves, their families, and their communities.
